Delivery
We'll always try to get your artwork to you as soon as possible. In order to reduce waste in the printmaking process, every item is printed on demand. Therefore, please allow two working weeks for your order to be delivered. If you have chosen for your print to be framed, please allow three working weeks for delivery, as bespoke frames are ordered and made after purchase to ensure all prints stay in pristine condition.
ALL UK Standard delivery is FREE of charge.
International Delivery
If you want to have your item delivered outside of the UK, we can do that!

Return & Exchange Policy
All prints are made on demand, therefore returns are not possible unless an item is faulty. Please get in touch if this is the case.
It may be possible for you to change your mind about your purchase, as long as your item has not been printed. However, as all orders are bespoke, if your item has already been printed it cannot be changed, or refunded. Please email me at info@jennyevansartist.com as soon as possible, if you need to change anything.
Where's My Order?
As we print on demand, please allow two working weeks for your order to be delivered. If you chose for your print to be framed, please allow three working weeks, as the frame will need to be ordered and made for you. However, if these timings have passed and your order has not arrived, please get in touch.
Common questions about our delivery services
Where can I find out how much delivery is?
UK Standard delivery is included in the price of your purchase. For next day delivery, Saturday delivery or international delivery please get in touch at info@jennyevansartist.com
How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days, but remember we don’t despatch at weekends or on Public Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm are despatched on the next working day.
Will my order be trackable?
All our UK standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and these are not tracked services. If you would prefer a tracked service please get in touch for Next Day or Saturday delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
We’re really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. First of all, get in touch with us at info@jennyevansartist.com we’re here to help.
For various reasons Royal Mail deliveries can get delayed, but check with your neighbours and the local Royal Mail sorting office to see if your parcel is waiting for collection, sometimes they forget to leave a card.
I live outside the UK. How much will the shipping be?
For overseas delivery, please get in touch with us at info@jennyevansartist.com and we’ll help you from there.
Do you use sustainable postal packaging?
We try to re-use or re-purpose packaging or use sustainable and compostable alternatives.
